“We claim to be part of the American dream and of a system based on merit and opportunity and talent. Yet if at the top places, two-thirds of the students come from the top quartile and only 5 percent come from the bottom quartile, then we are actually part of the problem of the growing economic divide rather than part of the solution.” -Outgoing Amherst College President Anthony Marx ›

In the future, I plan on having a daughter named Vashti (the only woman in the bible to stand up to a man), a dog named Achilles (Achilles, heel! :3), a cat named Nakata (after the character in Haruki Murakami's Kafka on the Shore), and a husband named George Clooney. For now, I'm content with my iPod named Jesus (I can't find Jesus. I've found Jesus!).

In a nutshell: I'm a sophomore at Brown University student, studying Art History and Computer Science. At the moment, I'm really excited about life.
